Project Methodology
INEXL's iterative and agile project methodology is based in PMI principles across the entire SDLC within the PMO framework, weaving in key artifacts and deliverables with project phases. It integrates Azure DevOps for requirements management, software development and quality assurance practices and status reporting.
Our model requires not just an understanding of the Project Managment disciplines, but experience in Sofware Delivery management and understanding of the Vertical/Domain that the systems are for. All our consultants are experienced technical analysts and bring comprehensive experience of systems to every engagement.
